Discussion about 184 Franklin Street #3
this unit has already had several significant price drops. what do you think the final price will be?

$1.5m, maybe. It will take a particular buyer who likes the particular built-ins and style, who doesn't mind an apartment with minimal daylight, and who wants to center their lives around an EIK. Or 1.3m for a buyer who will put 200k into reprogramming the space so there's a full LR in the front.

It seems to have gone to contract at 1.9m, so it would be useful to know why that fell though.
