Price dropped. People say how horrible this board is and they have failed to CERTIFY CORRECTION OF CLASS 1 VIOLATION EXISTS ON THIS PROPERTY - DOB CIVIL PENALTIES DUE. Are they in financial trouble? Is the board inept?
