Hey SE friends. Did this interesting one with my colleague Dmitriy Shpuntov, private mortgage lender at Wells Fargo. Thought you guys would appreciate. 10y arm at 3.50 call it 3.75 now. Pretty good. Very few need more than 10y lock in NYC.

aha, so up a tad..makes sense with equities markets firming last 4-5 weeks. Thanks for the update 300..agree, still very good
