The picture of the second bathroom in this apartment looks like something you'd find at an airport or hospital.

But a refreshingly unpretentious floorplan. Dull, but very functional. They even refrained from calling that long hallway a 'gallery'.

Exactly which airports/hospitals are you frequenting anyway? I'd be thrilled to walk into a bathroom like that in JFK... Kidding aside, the river views in this unit more than make up for a ho-hum interior IMO.
