Discussion about 321 East 6th Street
How does one get 5800 sq ft? Including the garden floor, it is just 4700 sq ft. Are they including 6 foot high basement?

There is not even a disclaimer that it is "proposed" with 5th floor addition.

Not a quiet residential side street like someone buying a townhouse would want. The other side of the street is all restaurants - used to be "Little India", home of the one of the great Urban Legends; that all the restaurants on the block had one common kitchen.

Should have been little Bangladesh as most of these restaurants were run by people from Bangladesh. is clearly not a townhouse street but I always get amazed by overstated square footage. Do the brokers overstating take the people buying to be complete fools?

Rose of India was my favorite. Certainly mediocre Indian food at best, however cheap, great decor and if you told them it was your birthday the place would turn into a disco for 5 minutes while the waiters sang to you. @30, here's a real 6th Street throwback for you, Kosher-macrobiotic restaurant called The cauldron. I think it was fun by a rabbi and his wife?
