These general housing reports don't always correlate with what's happening in New York City. However this is what we've been experiencing and what other brokers I speak with are telling me. Fed being done raising rates and the 10y coming down has helped tremendously. NYC resales will take a little longer to regain strength due to high-end new development oversupply and the developers not having “come to Jesus moment” or “come to King Messiah moment” if there were to be such a term.
