Discussion about 244 East 26th Street in Kips Bay
Hi we are worried that something may be wrong or suspicious with the apartment with backyard. It was listed 4 times in the last 4 months and we went to see it but something felt fishy an apartment with a great price in the area never finding a tenant? This are all the times it has been listed. 09/12/2018 as #1 10/23/2018 as #1A 12/23/2018 as #1R 03/12/2019 as #1
