Discussion about
My firm is looking into switching from OLR to something else. Which other systems are people using and what are the good and bad points of them?

I was on RealPlus for a while, about five years ago. At the time it had a horrible interface with Macs (not an issue with your firm, I suspect). It is really strong at pushing sales listings -- I feel like with rival systems you have to check, every time, to make sure that the outgoing pipeline is truly working. But I didn't like the search function as much as I like OLR's (and I feel the same about StreetEasy). So the question is, do you want to bias towards serving buyers/renters, or towards serving sellers?

I've been using real plus for about 10 years. Very satisfied with it, I'm using chrome OS. Have a couple of agents using Apple with no reported issues.

Customer service is excellent, ease-of-use and very efficient. Generating comparable analysis reports as well as a variety of other reports is very simple. No issues at all with pushing listings to streeteasy and the RLS.and when you're having issues again I have to stress customer support with excellent and identify the problem right away (even when it was a mistake we made on entering data).
