Unfortunately there is actually a downside to giving consumers who don't understand statistics at all a very large amount of statistics. It's why I have railed against over-reliance on $/SF figures. Every times the market turns you have tons of buyers who look at 100 units, find the ONE unit which is already appropriately discounted, and then want a further discount on that unit because "they read on so-and-so that people are getting X% discount off of asking prices."

From listening to this podcast it seems like a lot of Brokers don't fully understand what their fiduciary duty is to their sellers in regards to disclosing information.
