https://nypost.com/2019/04/03/only-one-condo-remains-at-former-tribeca-corset-factory/ It is in a very narrow street small building. Probably closer to nicely renovated resale that new development (not much light and no amenities) Are the recent sales higher than the late last year auction a sign of slightly better market?

Let all new construction come down to just over $1,400/SF and see what happens.

This one is the worst of new developments in terms of light.
