How many times have I said that this is the way it happens? We haven't even seen the impact of foreclosures yet where banks need to liquidate properties and this scenario runs rampant. But that is starting as well. Just in the last month or so my office has gotten 3 half-finished 3 families in Bed-Stuy from the banks we represent (if anyone is interested in in small development).

I think here is simply the case of overpricing of 4D and competition from Belnord.
