Discussion about 247 Driggs Avenue #PHA
Hi, Did anyone look at this property? It looks like it has been on the market for over a year! I was wondering if ppl on this forum thought it was worth the $1300/$1400 per square foot they are asking for. I've initially been holding out for 2 bedroom for 1.2 - 1.3 million in clinton hill or fort greene, but I can't find a decent apartement (I am picky about my exposure)
