Seems like this should sell for about $600k. Needs full kitchen reno, bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout...

Have been next door. You can hear the trains about every 15 minutes during rush hour, but seems to just become white noise after a while of talking. More concerned with maintenance -- $20k a year for a 2 bedroom seems high.
