Anybody know anything about the developer?

Hi everyone, I've been eyeing this property (either the penthouse A or the 2nd floor 2 bedroom), does anyone know anything about the developer? I've done my research and I can't find anything. What do you think both properties are worth in greenpoint. Thank you

I used to drive by there on the way to Amarin (Thai restaurant).

It's interesting that 2D says it's on the market 214 days when it seems more like 850. I wonder why neither of these units closed when the rest of the building did? And is it the same entity that developed the building or someone who took over their interest later?

@30yrs_RE_20_in_REO That's what got me a bit suspicious about the property/developer. I haven't physically been inside the units, but I have walked past them to. On the outside the building looks beautiful and is close to the park (again makes me suspicious why it's been on the market so long. Is it the price? The finishes? )

I feel unit 2 is fairly priced (maybe a funky layout with two bathrooms next to each other), but the pent house is overpriced by 100k...that's at least my 2 cents.

Best to hire a RE lawyer to look into it.

I think the layout of unit 2 is decent. Second bath can be used by guests as well as by 2nd bedroom. The listing description does say that the contract fell through.

Any thoughts on comps for the units? The pent house is $1400+ sqft/$ at their market price There's private storage, an unattached private rooftop, gym etc....What do people think would be a a reasonable $/ft??
