WARNING: My roommates and I were forced to leave our apartment (82 2nd Ave Apt 1) because there are severe leaks in multiple bedrooms that the landlord has not fixed for months. They are re-listing the apartment and have yet to make any repairs, which will certainly cause significant problems for whoever is signing a new lease. Citi-Urban actually has ~450 violations of their buildings in the East Village, so the issues at 82 2nd Ave, Apt 1 are just one indication of their systemic abuse/negligence of tenants.
