What will the PH sell for?

The biggest unit in the building (the former gymnasium - 5H) seems to have gone to contract after the enormous price drop from $31,495,000 to $12,750,000. What will it take for this unit which has been on and off the market for years to sell? If I remember correctly Steffi Graf was the first or second owner and then Calvin Klein.

$19.5mm is the price but it has stiff competition despite being historical and unique. Woolworth for example. Also Ahmass does not really need to sell.

Just me but I'm not crazy about this particular location.

A lack of park space and playgrounds is a big issue in this location. Otherwise, I like it. Grocery options are incredible. My favorite is a lobster place in Center Street where one can even buy live king and Dungeness crab (of course some one paying $20mm can always send their driver anywhere for groceries). West side river park development has changed the dynamics for this location. People have more green space options downtown now.

Plus this area has always struck me as being claustrophobic. Fantastic building though -

Hey 30 remember showing this building in the early 90s? Was absolutely no man's land, but at the time a pretty good place to hide out if you were a celebrity or had a lot of money and wanted to be left alone. A lot of big named 80s- 90s models lived there as well back in the day.

My recollection was most of them were renters, however. Aside from a few one-off units I haven't been a fan of most of the layouts in the building.

Yes. I think that was the first 'it' building for that part of town.
