Can't imagine people buyers paying more for an apartment that featured subzero instead of G.E. Monogram or Miele. Half the time buyers rip out the kitchen and redesign it after purchase. Eric Trump travels to Uruguay annually to check on the building’s progress and to extol its virtues to local journalists. He advised on major design decisions, including the type of marble used in the floors and the choice of Sub-Zero refrigerators and Hansgrohe faucets, according to a person familiar with the matter.
I think Miele and subzero are more or less in the same category but GE will certainly decrease the perception of luxury and price some one is willing to pay more than the difference in appliance price difference.
If you're checking once a year and doing press conference, that song and dance would get tired pretty quickly.
Remember how well the dueling Trump condos in Las Vegas did?
