Apparently you have plenty of choices: 37 active listings, 26 have doormen, 27 are prewar, 20 are renovated. I don't recall the last time there was this wide a selection to choose from.

Thanks for the good news lol. As I posted earlier, a few months ago, a broker told me entry level (kids) want Brooklyn these days. Plus East Chelsea has slid quite a bit in the last few years imo. All the 'excitement' is in Hi Line.
