Discussion about 165 East 32nd Street #22A
this unit is located on the roof, it shares the roof with the roof deck for the building which officially closes at i believe 10pm, i have never lived in a building with a roof deck will be busy enough during the warm months to be a disturbance ? any info about this building would also be apreciated thankyou
