Discussion about 970 Park Avenue #2N
What is going on when a sub 2m apartment on Park Avenue, PS 6 doesn't sell that is a flex 3 bedroom. Is it because it's on the 2nd or 3rd floor? At what price would value be found here?

I think the 50% financing limit is probably a hurdle for some potential buyers.

It says washer/dryer permitted, but how come the owner never installed it? Can't imaging people will spend 2 million to buy a place that needs to share washer/dryer with strangers
