What is good value for this unit? Are apartments that are below the 4th floor less desirable? It seems to be in decent condition besides the kitchen and baths. Is this apartment going to trade at less than 1.9m?

Since the staged photos are more distracting than the actual photos, I imagine some people will be turned off by it, and it will trade way down.

Do people have so little imagination or skill that they can't look beyond the current furnishings and see what a unit could be? I can understand a virtual staging that shows a significant reconfiguration, but the current example is just silly (and that egg tub in the bathroom with beige tile surround: beyond ugly!)
