Discussion about 416 West 52nd Street in Hell's Kitchen
I've walked by Nine52 for a while now and, have been astounded by the brick finish that the building has. Within that brick, is a modern condo building giving a old/new school vibe. Given the opportunity, I would like to purchase a 1 Bedroom for myself, in all cash. Anyone selling? Feel free to email! fragusa@halstead.com

Because they are so rarely available? What's wrong with the ones currently one the market?

The red brick wall are very similar to the NYCHA buildings, so the price might be a little more down to earth

Maybe loveson already talked to the ones on market, but his offers are too low so the listing owners stop talking to him any more
