I think it is high downpayment stuffy coop more than anything else.

Also a low floor, facing tourist central, and an odd layout. The people this appeals to are quite literally dying.

Monthly maintenance is only $5000, very low with $3.4mm asking price.

Many $1mm listing in much lower-end neighborhoods having monthly maintenance of $2000~$3000
