Discussion about 400 East 14th Street
I lived in this apartment and it was miserable. The AC does not work because there is only one old unit in the kitchen and a small one in the living room but nothing in the bedroom or hall. The faucet in the kitchen has no water pressure. The shower in the bathroom does not drain. The heat work only intermittently in the winter. The second "bedroom" is technically illegal because it measures less than 80 square feet. The worst part is the landlord refused to fix anything, and entered our apartment illegally without our permission multiple times during our lease.

I am pretty familiar with that building. They are about to begin an elevator replacement and when that is finished a lobby renovation.

Second bedroom looks like it has a pressurized wall divider. Kinda BS if they're trying to pass it off as a true 2.

It started life as a 631sf 1 BR.

One would think for $4k rent for a small apartment, they will put a new window AC for $300.
