Does this mean it has unfinished renovations? Is this seller trying to get rid of a bad asset? The price is right, but maybe the issue will cost more than the difference...

Looks like a water leak in the ceiling of the utility room. Who knows what will surface once that room is cleared out and inspected. (I wonder how much of that is to code.)

Temporary certificate of occupancy is very common in even a few years old condos. It renews automatically as long as renewal request is filed.

@Aaron2, I may just be uneducated, but I could not make heads or tails of ACRIS notes. Is that something you found in there or elsewhere?
