Sure. Just put a kitchen in (and it may have to be electric if gas isn't available). Many banks won't loan without one however.

Wonder what the maintenance is. I'd think about something like this as a pied a terre when I downsize and mostly leave the city.

I love in the listing description "...when not enjoying all the luxuries this unit affords." If this is "luxury," I wonder what isn't!!!!!!! LOL
