To the landlords out there: What are the potential risks, if any, of renting out your apartment to a diplomatic who won't waive his diplomatic immunity? Real estate lawyers: would you generally advise your clients to avoid this situation, across the board Thanks for any help.

If they don't pay how do you evict them?

I know some landlords who will rent if it's the embassy who signs as tenant.

It depends on the OECD code of the sovereign

In short, avoid the shithole countries
