a 2 bedroom at this price? whats wrong with the apartmen?

so the apartment cant be financed. it has to be paid for outright, but rules of the building say a 1 person family cant have an income over $87k? uuuuuum. wow

Nothing wrong at all. I think it will close at around $329K
