Any reason this apartment is listed for such an aspirational pricing in this market? the building and this unit seem blah.

Sponsor unit and they spent $$ on stone so they think people will pay up

While that is correct, young people will like it. It is non-doorman 20 percent down building.

So the real selling point is non-doorman. You don't pay those union millionaires 7x24.

Maintenance is indeed very low. And flip tax is on different between sale and purchase price. So much more reasonable.
