Discussion about
Navy Yard nearing full occupancy. Lots of manufacturing/creatives/entrepreneurs leasing space, Wegmans, WeWork. Thoughts on which neighborhoods benefit the most (ie, Dumbo/Fort Greene/Clinton Hill/South Williamsburg)?

While a lot of the buildings have leased up before even opening, I'm not so sure it's "nearing full occupancy" in terms of them running out of room for more buildings?
