Needs reno...and no W/D...any thoughts?
$1k per square ft leaving room for reno. But who knows.
Take current price and subtract Reno cost.
That would put it at lower that $1k per sq ft once you factor in carry and trouble for reno. Reno itself should be $300-$350k. So $450k price cut?
Propertyfan, You got a mighty $20k cut!! Perhaps the broker forgot a zero.
I see that cut as pointless from a marketing perspective.
