Discussion about 61 Irving Place in Gramercy Park
No discussions for a long time on this building. 1a looks interesting. Looks like it feels higher than a first floor apartments. Any recent insights on building? Are w/d allowed? How's staff? Financials? Overall Maintenance? Co-op board?

First floor is indeed raised as you have to take 4-5 step to enter the lobby. Beautiful building with high ceilings in the apartments, and from what I know, easy going well managed coop.
