Hi friends, We've decided to sell our home and it should be done within 6 months period but we need to get the best price as we can. In order to sell our property quickly, I believe that hiring realty services in Toronto(https://www.spectrumrealtyservices.com/) would be the best way to go. The lower commission is appealing but I think they could help us to get a lot of exposure to the listing to hopefully sell quicker and for a better amount. Is there anyone here had sold your home without the help of a real estate agent?
