Legally should be a studio but I can understand if some one listed that as a 1 bed room due to large size with a note that the bedroom is interior. The second interior bedroom does not exist.

It is a nice apartment at $950k.

I call it dispicable for brokers to call this anything but what it is, which is a large studio.
