Discussion about 117 W 21st Street #PH
When you buy that discounted $18 million penthouse with the private parking spot for 50% off and a year later the garage door breaks and you can't get in or out. https://m.imgur.com/gallery/nMaFvRj

Isn't it common for all new construction to have some defects or need adjustments. Mechanical systems (HVAC, automated doors) are never perfect which is why they come with warranties from the installer. Any thing wood or containing wood, such as an interior door, expands or contracts and may needs some trimming due to seasonal humidity changes.

People who can easily spend $9 million won't care, neither should you
