Discussion about 450 West 17th Street #2304
Kind of obviously combined unit (which I think makes the current kitchen feel "wrong") in a building where it seems like the larger units have had difficulties selling for a couple of years already, in what would seem like the thick of the "problem selling luxury" price range.
