Real Estate Attorney Referral

Hey I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good attorney for under 2K for the purchase of a condo (probably in Brooklyn). There have been threads in the past and I know it's best to get referrals from friends and family but wow, I just used a friend's referral for the sale of my apartment and I WON'T be using her again (I also had a horrible lawyer when I bought the apartment I just sold). I just want someone who is on top of things and doesn't waste time in getting things done. Someone who is capable of follow-up without me having to babysit. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

i don't know any of the other attorneys so i can't comment, but i have worked with this firm for many years and they represent both banks and buyers. and are competent. Felix is the partner, he is great!
