Discussion about
Looking to buy into Oliver Cromwell at 12 W 72nd street. Thoughts/experience with this building? Can local experts give opinion on current UWS co-op market? All insight appreciated

That market is doing well, relative to others. Market pulse higher than rest if market indicates it's not nearly as much of a buyers market in this sector.

The UWS co-op market has been far more stable than in other neighborhoods. Quality, well-located inventory under $2M, especially in the high-demand West 70s, is usually scooped up pretty quickly. Larger/more expensive inventory is taking longer to sell. The Oliver Cromwell has a reputation for being a solid, established and well-run building. The units that I've seen there have had relatively high maintenance.
