Very fragmented from Price point, neighborhood. We had multiple bids (our listings) on very attractive properties in Brooklyn and Gramercy Park very recently. We unfortunately had a board turn down on a property in Sutton Place, things have recently gone quiet there. You're not alone MCR, hang in there! We had what I could easily describe as a very busy early fall, post Summer, putting 6 deals into contract. Currently things are quiet, though we are submitting an offer on a townhouse in Brooklyn today. If you're not already subscribed to Urbandigs, give it a look. A lot of great information for all you market-watchers, buyers and sellers. Keith Burkhardt The Burkhardt Group [less]
Would you mind sharing the general price range (or just number of bedrooms) and discount to list price on the board rejection in Sutton Place? Thank you.
Thanks Keith!! Already nice to hear your in the trenches happenings!! Cheers,!
I think I dated myself and scared everybody away with the Warner Wolf slogan from back in the day : )
Lol
Excellent video. Thank you.
Thanks Keith - Hopefully boards in Sutton/Beekman will modernize and do what they need to do to compete with the broader market. During this transitional phase, I totally get why buyers are not gravitating towards these properties.
Thanks team M! Appreciate it
