Alternative Sites To Rent My 2B/2B 1200ft on 69/3?

Hi All, Can someone inform me what other sites I should look to list out my 2 bed/2 bath rental that's 1200 Sqft on the seventh floor? The building i'm in strangely doesn't allow me to list out my place due to it being a lease assignment. The apartment is available via assignment in "as is" condition (no sublease); the new tenant will sign a direct lease through the building office at $7,600/month through 4/30/2036, with renewal options offered by management. Amenities include a gym, rooftop, children’s playroom, doorman, package room, air conditioning, elevator, pet friendly policy, and basement laundry.
