It's official - Dow Jones below 11,000!!!!!!!!!!

You know it went below 11k a few months back, right?
I don't believe we're even at the lowest point this year...

Confirmed, we've been 200 points lower...

Oh, right. That was in July, exactly the week I was away. Hmmm, this is what happens when you go away on vacation and stop reading the New York Times for one lousy week. Well, anyway, it's still big news to me!!!

Yeah, my take is, the rest of the US already took most of its lumps. Share prices of companies everywhere else (along with the real estate) already took hits. Thats why the non-financial S&P is actually up from the bottom, even today.

Now it seems to be time for NYC to take its turn.... both in terms of stocks/companies, and now real estate.

ok, its official... we've hit a low for the year, which I believe is the lowest point in about 2.5 years...
