ARM Reset Schedule

As this graph shows: http://bubbleinfo.squarespace.com/statistics-2007/2007/3/15/arm-reset-schedule.html There was a spike, in mid-2007 and made up mostly of subprime debt, which is more or less the straw that broke the camel's back that got us to where we are today. Right now, as in Fall/Winter 2008 (months 23-29 on the graph), there is actually a lull in ARMs resetting. However, it will soon spike again with much more prime, agency, and option debt over a longer period of time than the subprime resetting spike. Things don't really calm down until Winter 2012.
