Real estate market in the better parts of Manhattan is at effect of Wall Street. My call is that by the Aides of March there will be lots of average product on the market and the market will be down 25% from today's prices. Exceptional product will fetch exceptional prices.

Look at the closings on streeteasy....prices are not coming down...maybe they will; but it will take a long time before sellers are going to drop prices.

Julia - those are asking prices...what they will actually sell for is a different matter altogether. Listing prices tend to lag the trend in a down market.

But "exceptional" will mean 50% less than it used to...
Julia, you can stop now. We've pointed out TONS of examples of prices coming down, and stats, and you keep saying the same thing over and over again. Its getting a little old...

Hey jsmith9005, how many hours have you spent in your dungeon tearing your hair out trying to prove that someone is EddieWilson to a world that doesn't care?
Pathetic loser.
By the way, I'm EddieWilson, you little freak. And I'm in your apartment.
