Discussion about Sky House at 11 East 29th Street in NoMad
(Discussing Sky House) Does anyone have a complete availability and price list? Thanks
Does anyone have access to or can post an availability and price list.
Is anyone prepared to wait until 2008 for its completion?
i went had a meeting with the salesoffice. they have a price list if you ask for it.
Has anyone looked at or purchased a unit here recently? I am looking at renting in the building, but am curious if anyone has had good/bad experiences. Thanks in advance.
Walk by during the day and check out if your apartment would get light.
i moved in last month. staff is great, very happy with the building. i know the a and b units get plenty of light (haven't checked out the c). Biggest issue is that there are probably 2 months of construction left and that creates some inconvenience.
Thanks, appreciate it. The construction is an issue, but hopefully that doesn't drag much beyond the summer. Unit gets lots of light, so not worried about that.
wondering why when you look at what has sold, there is not one C unit that has closed. Anyone have any info on this ?
my understanding is that they got temp COOs for portions of the building (A&B units first), and just recently got them to cover the C units on certain floors. So there might be lag on when they close and get posted.
I'm fairly certain there have been no C line closings at this point.
why would that be the case?
At this juncture I believe most of the C units have closed, at least the 2 bed 2 baths
Are there any purchasers walking away from their down payments?
I am interested in the A - line on a hi floor.
Does anyone know if developer is giving any special deals, concessions?
Why?
With regard to Reiselamerica's post some time ago...the 3 most recent A-Line sales seem to be reasonable in today's market place, hence the activity...I am sure you could negotiate the transfer tax at this point in time...the building is over 90% sold and I have no doubt they would like to sell the final few units
