Discussion about
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/10/05/realestate/05hunt.html Good god. These apartment buildings look like total pieces of crap. And yet, this woman is paying $6500 for a 2-bedroom! It's a shame that NYC doesn't have higher quality apartments for that price.
Its a shame that BMWs don't cost a nickel, so rufus can finally afford one...
lmao
The NY Times article failed to address the most blatantly obvious underpinnings of this blown out 40-something divorcee's motivation to move back to the City:
With her husband completely fleeced in the divorce settlement and well on his way to eating Fancy Feast in retirement, she needs some poor dope to raise her kids and pay for her tummy tuck and saggy cans surgery.
She's looking for a meal ticket.
Sadly, most NYC women are unattractive shameless gold-diggers. At least the shallow chicks in Chicago and Los Angeles are actually hot.
Chicago chicks eat too much pierogi and kielbasa.

Rufus, this is Los Angeles calling. Don't even think of trying to align yourself with a city that actually has wealthy and attractive people in it. They're laughing at you, too.
Wow, some real bitter men on this thread... Pathetic.
