that noone is showing up to open houses?

i find that fairly signficant...

Well, this article tells us that on a weekend between major religious holidays, few people showed up to about four open houses, several of which have been on the market for a while. I'm just saying I wouldn't extrapolate much (if anything) from this kind of thing.
