I'm not crazy about 4th Avenue (not a bad area, but kind of a no man's land between east village and greenwich villages and union square), but this is a nice building if you like lofts - definitely superior to some of its neighbors. Large windows, high ceilings, and the building is established enough so that the apartments have unique finishes and are not cookie cutter. I've heard the petersfield is well managed.

Nice bldg. good area. I've looked at several apts and it seems that the sf is usually overestimated by 205. the apts I've visited always seems smaller than expected based on the listed sf

It is nice area but you are on a busy avenue. Also, jakedavid is correct about sq footage. Offering plan itself includes full thickness of very thick walls. Also, entrance of the apartments needs a special appreciation.

I actually lived on 4th and it is an amazing street. One way, and not much traffic. It is a great location because you are literally next to everything. Petersfield seems to get a lot per sq ft.
