Dude, the same thing can be said for price increases. People can see the historical data and see how real estate is such a great investment over the years. Also potential buyers can get quick info if demand is picking up and they should hurry up alittle.

Yes, its part of the reason we had an internet stock bubble.. internet trading.

Now, we had the same thing propping the bubble here. But, now that its turned, WOW are you gonna get extra speed on the way down!
