it's a minor dispute. it will get resolved soon, and once it's done, the Chicago Spire will be the most desirable residential building in the United States.

well, if it doesn't get built, it will be a disappointment. but either way, Chicago still has better residential buildings than NYC. And NYC is actually doing worse, with its failure to even start the Ground Zero projects.

I'm glad to hear that they're building projects at Ground Zero.

And don't worry, rufie . . . they'll still build something at the former Spire site. Probably a Community Youth Center.

alanhart, from what i've read, the ground zero projects haven't even started. the government regulations are really hurting NYC's development.
