I am looking at a co-op that is next to one of the buildings four storage areas on the first floor of a high end building. I this something to be concerned about? Thanks

My wife and I access our stoarge locker 2-3 times a week...if you don't mind hearing stuff moved around at all hours of the day then go for it.

I would be concerned with noise and traffic.

WHA? People don't live in the storage units. There will be no loud stereos or tv's blaring. No screaming kids or midnight bed thumping to disturb your sleep. I'd say go for it!
